TCS Price Calculator
Work out what TCS will charge before you hand the parcel over. Pick the two cities, enter the weight, choose the service, and you get an estimated total with the base rate, fuel surcharge and sales tax listed separately.
Rate data reviewed September 2026. Independent estimates, not an official TCS quote.
On this page
Quick answer: TCS usually charges around Rs 300 to Rs 450 to send a 1 kg parcel from one Pakistani city to another, once the fuel surcharge and sales tax are added. Same-city delivery is cheaper, remote towns cost more, and a 1 kg parcel going abroad is a different order of expense entirely. The calculator below turns those variables into a number you can plan with: pick your cities, enter the weight, choose the service, and you get a full breakdown instead of a single mystery figure.
One thing to be clear about before you scroll. This is an independent TCS price calculator built and maintained by TCS Track. It is not connected to the TCS booking system and it does not pull live tariff data. It gives you a realistic range based on published rate information, which is enough for quoting a customer, budgeting a shipment, or sanity-checking what a counter clerk tells you. For a binding figure, use the official TCS rate calculator or ask at an Express Centre.
TCS price calculator
An independent estimate of TCS courier charges. Not an official TCS quote.
Decimals are fine. TCS bills in slabs, so 1.2 kg is normally charged as 1.5 kg.
Fill these in for bulky, light boxes so volumetric weight is checked.
International rates step up every 0.5 kg.
Air shipments are usually charged on volumetric weight when the box is large and light.
This calculator provides an estimate. Actual TCS charges may vary based on the current TCS tariff, origin, destination, service, package dimensions, fuel surcharge, taxes, and other applicable charges. Verify the final amount with TCS before shipping.
How this TCS price calculator works
Courier pricing in Pakistan is not one number multiplied by weight. TCS, like every courier, builds a charge out of layers, and this calculator follows the same layers so you can see where your money goes.
The first layer is the route type. The calculator sorts your origin and destination into one of four buckets: same city, same zone, different zone, or remote. Lahore to Lahore is the cheapest bucket. Lahore to Faisalabad sits in the same zone. Lahore to Karachi crosses zones. Lahore to Skardu or Gwadar falls into the remote bucket, where a parcel has to travel the last leg by road on a thin route. The zone grouping used here is our own simplification for estimating purposes and is not the internal TCS zone map.
The second layer is chargeable weight. Your parcel is billed on the higher of its actual weight or its volumetric weight, rounded up to the next 0.5 kg slab. If you fill in the length, width and height boxes, the calculator checks the volumetric figure for you.
The third layer is service. Overnight Express is the default most people use. Economy is slower and cheaper and makes the most sense on heavy parcels. Same Day only exists inside a single city and only in the largest ones, so the calculator blocks it on intercity routes rather than quietly giving you a price for something you cannot book.
The last layer is the add-ons: home pickup, cash on delivery handling, declared value cover, the fuel surcharge, and provincial sales tax. Each one gets its own line in the result so nothing is buried.
How to calculate TCS courier charges by hand
If you want to do the arithmetic yourself, the shape of the calculation is straightforward:
Estimated cost = base rate for the first 1 kg + additional weight charge + optional service fees + fuel surcharge + sales tax
Work through it in this order:
- Weigh the parcel with its packaging on, then round up to the next 0.5 kg.
- Measure it if it is bulky and light, and take the higher of dead weight and volumetric weight.
- Find the base rate for your route type and service. That base covers the first 1 kg on domestic shipments.
- Multiply every extra 0.5 kg by the additional weight rate.
- Add cash on delivery handling, pickup, or insurance if you are using them.
- Add the fuel surcharge, which is applied as a percentage of the service charge.
- Add sales tax on services on top of everything else.
A worked example. A 2.5 kg parcel from Faisalabad to Multan on Overnight Express is a different-zone shipment. Take a base of roughly Rs 250 to Rs 340 for the first kilo, add 1.5 kg of extra weight at roughly Rs 70 to Rs 110 per kg, which is Rs 105 to Rs 165, giving Rs 355 to Rs 505. Add 10% fuel surcharge and 16% Punjab sales tax and you are looking at roughly Rs 453 to Rs 644. That matches the range the calculator returns for the same inputs.
TCS courier rates in Pakistan by weight
The table below gives estimated all-in totals for Overnight Express, including the fuel surcharge and sales tax, across the three common route types. These are planning ranges, not a published TCS tariff.
| Weight | Typical use | Same city | Same zone | Different zone |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0.5 kg | Documents, small envelopes | Rs 166 to Rs 230 | Rs 255 to Rs 345 | Rs 319 to Rs 434 |
| 1 kg | Books, clothing, small electronics | Rs 166 to Rs 230 | Rs 255 to Rs 345 | Rs 319 to Rs 434 |
| 2 kg | Shoes, a boxed gift | Rs 230 to Rs 332 | Rs 332 to Rs 472 | Rs 408 to Rs 574 |
| 5 kg | Larger parcel, bulk order | Rs 421 to Rs 638 | Rs 561 to Rs 855 | Rs 676 to Rs 995 |
| 10 kg | Heavy parcel, small carton | Rs 740 to Rs 1,148 | Rs 944 to Rs 1,493 | Rs 1,123 to Rs 1,697 |
Notice that 0.5 kg and 1 kg cost the same. That is not an error. The first kilo is a single slab on domestic courier pricing, so a 300 g document and a 950 g parcel on the same route usually cost the same.
TCS national rates per kg: same city, out of city, and remote
People search for a per kg TCS rate and are disappointed to find there is not one. The cost per kilo falls as the parcel gets heavier, because the base charge covers the first kilo and every kilo after that is cheaper. A 1 kg parcel from Karachi to Lahore works out at roughly Rs 316 to Rs 430 per kg. A 10 kg parcel on the same route works out closer to Rs 111 to Rs 168 per kg. Same parcel, same route, radically different per kg maths.
Here’s how the per kg rate falls on an out-of-city route between zones, such as Karachi to Lahore, using the estimates from the weight table above:
| Parcel weight | Estimated total | Works out per kg |
|---|---|---|
| 1 kg | Rs 319 to Rs 434 | Rs 319 to Rs 434 |
| 2 kg | Rs 408 to Rs 574 | Rs 204 to Rs 287 |
| 5 kg | Rs 676 to Rs 995 | Rs 135 to Rs 199 |
| 10 kg | Rs 1,123 to Rs 1,697 | Rs 112 to Rs 170 |
So when someone asks how much TCS charges per kg, the useful answer starts with “how heavy is the parcel?” Take a shop in Karachi restocking a reseller in Lahore. One 10 kg carton costs it roughly a third as much per kilo as sending the same stock in ten separate 1 kg parcels.
Route type is the other half of it:
- Same city. Karachi to Karachi, Lahore to Lahore. The parcel never leaves the city network. Cheapest option available, often 40% to 50% below a cross-country equivalent.
- Same zone, out of city. Lahore to Faisalabad, Multan to Bahawalpur, Islamabad to Peshawar. Short line haul, so the premium over same-city is modest.
- Different zone, out of city. Karachi to Lahore, Quetta to Islamabad. The longest and most expensive standard routes, since the parcel moves between regional hubs.
- Remote and unlisted towns. Gilgit, Skardu, Gwadar, Turbat, small towns without their own Express Centre. Expect a noticeable premium and an extra day or two, and in some places delivery to the nearest office rather than the door.
For a sense of how long each route takes, our guide to TCS delivery times by service breaks the commitments down properly.
TCS charges on common routes
These are the routes people ask about most. The figures are estimates for a parcel on Overnight Express, with fuel surcharge and tax included.
| Route | Route type | 1 kg | 5 kg |
|---|---|---|---|
| Karachi to Karachi | Same city | Rs 166 to Rs 230 | Rs 421 to Rs 638 |
| Lahore to Faisalabad | Same zone | Rs 255 to Rs 345 | Rs 561 to Rs 855 |
| Karachi to Lahore | Different zone | Rs 319 to Rs 434 | Rs 676 to Rs 995 |
| Karachi to Islamabad | Different zone | Rs 319 to Rs 434 | Rs 676 to Rs 995 |
| Islamabad to Karachi | Different zone | Rs 319 to Rs 434 | Rs 676 to Rs 995 |
TCS charges Karachi to Karachi are the lowest on the list because the parcel never leaves the city network. If you’re sending a signed contract from Saddar to Clifton and it has to arrive today, ask about Same Day. It costs more but only exists within a city.
TCS charges Karachi to Lahore and Karachi to Islamabad land in the same bracket in this estimate, because both routes cross between regional hubs. A Karachi clothing seller shipping single 1 kg orders to customers in either city can quote the same delivery charge to both.
Islamabad to Karachi TCS charges are the reverse trip. Sales tax follows the city where you book, so sending from Islamabad costs a few rupees more than sending the same parcel from Karachi. A student sending a box of books home from Islamabad won’t notice the difference, but a business sending hundreds of parcels a month will.
For a town outside these main routes, such as Skardu or Turbat, expect a higher charge and an extra day or two. Check with the calculator or at the counter.
Charges for phones, COD orders and heavy cargo
TCS mobile phone delivery charges in Pakistan
A phone in its retail box with padding usually stays under 1 kg, so it’s billed on the first slab like any small parcel: roughly Rs 319 to Rs 434 from Karachi to Lahore. The weight isn’t what drives the cost up. The value is.
Say you’ve sold a used phone for Rs 60,000 to a buyer in Lahore. Two add-ons are worth thinking about. Declared value cover costs a small percentage of the phone’s value, and without it, compensation for a lost parcel falls back to TCS’s standard liability limit, which is far below Rs 60,000. If the buyer pays on delivery, the COD handling fee applies on top. Ask the counter for both figures before you book.
TCS COD rates per kg
Cash on delivery doesn’t have its own per kg rate. The parcel is charged by weight and route exactly as a normal shipment would be, and the COD handling fee is added for collecting and sending the money back to you. That fee is usually a percentage of the collected amount with a minimum charge, and business accounts often negotiate it. So a 1 kg COD order and a 1 kg prepaid order to the same city pay the same delivery charge. Only the handling fee differs.
TCS cargo rates per kg
For heavy parcels that aren’t urgent, Economy (Overland) is the cheaper option, because each extra kilo costs less than on Overnight Express. Once you’re moving dozens of kilos, such as a shop shifting stock between branches, regular courier pricing stops making sense. Ask TCS for a cargo quote instead. Those are priced per shipment and don’t come from the public calculator.
How much does TCS charge for 1 kg?
For a 1 kg domestic parcel on Overnight Express, expect roughly Rs 166 to Rs 230 within a city and Rs 319 to Rs 434 between distant cities, including fuel surcharge and tax. Economy pricing on the same weight runs lower, roughly Rs 128 to Rs 191 within a city.
There is no single national 1 kg price, and any page that gives you one flat number is guessing. The amount changes with your route, the service you pick, whether the parcel is being picked up from your house, whether cash is being collected on delivery, and which province you book in, because sales tax on services is provincial and the rate differs.
How much does TCS charge for 5 kg, and what about the 5 kg box?
A 5 kg parcel on Overnight Express typically estimates at Rs 421 to Rs 638 within a city and Rs 676 to Rs 995 between zones. On Economy the same parcel drops meaningfully, because Economy charges less for each additional kilo and 4 of those 5 kilos are additional weight.
Now the part that confuses people. Searches for a 5 kg TCS box rate usually land on figures for a flat rate box product rather than ordinary weight-based courier pricing. TCS markets boxed parcel products under names like Red Box, which work on fixed weight slabs and include the packaging. A flat box price and a per-weight courier price are two different products with two different price lists, and quoting one as the other is where most of the confusion online comes from. If you saw a figure like Rs 1,000 for the first 5 kg on another site, that is a box product number rather than a standard Overnight rate, and it is not one we can verify against an official TCS source. Ask for both prices at the counter and pick whichever is lower for your parcel.
TCS international rates per kg
International shipping is priced on a different logic from domestic work. Charges step up every 0.5 kg, destinations are grouped into zones, and documents are priced differently from goods. Out of country charges also run much higher than most people expect.
Here are real quotes from the TCS rate calculator for 1 kg sent from Karachi, including fuel surcharge and GST:
| Destination | Int Promo 1kg | Campn X3 2kg Box | Box cost per kg, filled to 2 kg |
|---|---|---|---|
| UAE | Rs 9,386 | Rs 4,373 | Rs 2,187 |
| United Kingdom | Rs 14,445 | Rs 5,331 | Rs 2,666 |
| Saudi Arabia | Rs 22,663 | Rs 12,387 | Rs 6,194 |
| United States | Rs 16,160 | Rs 14,054 | Rs 7,027 |
| Australia | Rs 35,026 | Rs 12,506 | Rs 6,253 |
The 2 kg box is a campaign rate, so check it’s still on offer before you pack. The full breakdown, the formula behind each quote and country-by-country notes are in our guide to TCS international courier rates. For a TCS international rates per kg in Pakistan calculator that gives your exact figure, use the official TCS rate calculator and pick the International tab.
Four things change an international quote after the weight is settled:
- Volumetric weight. Air freight charges space as well as mass, usually on a divisor of 5000 for a box measured in centimetres.
- Customs duty and destination taxes. Unless you book on a duty paid service, the receiver pays these separately at the far end, and they can exceed the shipping cost on dutiable goods.
- Restricted contents. Food, liquids, batteries, cosmetics and medicines all have country-specific rules and sometimes attract handling fees or refusal.
- Declared value. A higher declared value raises both your cover cost and the duty assessed on arrival.
Once your parcel is on its way abroad, our page on tracking international TCS shipments explains how the handover to the destination carrier shows up in the scan history.
Why two people pay different prices for the same weight
This is the question that almost every rate page skips, and it is the one that actually matters when a customer accuses you of overcharging.
Two 1 kg parcels can carry different prices because of route type, service level, booking province and its tax rate, whether the parcel was collected from a home or dropped at a counter, whether cash was collected on delivery, whether the box was large enough to trigger volumetric billing, and whether the sender ships enough volume to hold a negotiated contract rate. A small business shipping a hundred parcels a week pays materially less per parcel than a walk-in customer, and neither price is wrong.
Timing matters too. The fuel surcharge is indexed, so it moves with fuel prices rather than staying fixed, and tariffs are revised periodically. A quote you were given six months ago is not a quote today.
Volumetric weight, and when size costs more than weight
A courier sells space in a vehicle, not just lifting capacity. When a box is large and light, the courier charges for the room it occupies instead of what it weighs. The formula for a box measured in centimetres is:
Volumetric weight in kg = (length x width x height) / divisor
The divisor commonly used for domestic ground movement is 6000, and 5000 is the usual figure for international air. Confirm which divisor applies to your shipment with TCS, since this varies by carrier and service.
A practical example. A 40 x 30 x 25 cm box of cushions weighing 2 kg has a volumetric weight of 5 kg on a 6000 divisor. You will be billed for 5 kg, not 2 kg. This is the single most common reason a courier bill comes in far above what someone estimated at home, and it is why the calculator above has optional dimension fields.
Charges that sit on top of the base rate
The base shipping rate is rarely the final number. Here is what else can appear on the bill.
Fuel surcharge. A percentage applied to the service charge and adjusted in line with fuel prices. Around 10% is a reasonable planning assumption, but it is not a fixed figure and TCS shows it as its own line on a quote.
Sales tax on services. Courier work is a taxable service in Pakistan, and the tax is provincial rather than federal. The Punjab Revenue Authority applies a 16% standard rate on services, while the Sindh Revenue Board and the other provincial authorities generally apply 15%. That is why the calculator asks where you are booking from and why an identical parcel can cost a little more out of Lahore than out of Karachi.
Cash on delivery handling. When the courier collects money for you, it charges for the collection and remittance. A percentage of the collected amount with a minimum fee is the usual structure, and the exact percentage is often negotiated in a merchant agreement rather than published. If you sell online, our page on how TCS COD shipments work for buyers and sellers covers the remittance side.
Home pickup. Dropping the parcel yourself is free. Asking a rider to come to you is generally not, especially outside central areas of major cities.
Declared value cover. Courier insurance is priced as a small percentage of declared value with a minimum charge. Without it, compensation for a lost parcel falls back to the carrier standard liability limit, which is usually far below what your goods are worth.
Special handling. Fragile items, odd shapes, and anything needing particular care can attract extra handling charges quoted at the counter.
TCS rate calculator versus TCS tracking
These two tools get mixed up constantly, so to be precise:
| Rate calculator | Tracking | |
|---|---|---|
| When you use it | Before you send anything | After the parcel is booked |
| What you enter | Cities, weight, service | A consignment number |
| What you get | An estimated cost | Current location and status |
| What it cannot do | Tell you where a parcel is | Tell you what a shipment will cost |
If your parcel already exists and you want its status, use TCS tracking instead, or read the full walkthrough on how to track a TCS shipment. If the number you were given returns nothing, this page on tracking numbers that do not work covers the usual causes, and tracking by CNIC or mobile number explains what is actually possible when you have lost the receipt.
How to check your TCS delivery cost before booking
- Choose domestic or international at the top of the calculator.
- Select the city you are sending from. This also sets the sales tax rate used.
- Select the destination city or country.
- Enter the weight with packaging included, in kilograms or grams.
- Add the box dimensions if the parcel is bulky for its weight.
- Pick the service. Overnight Express is the standard choice.
- Tick home pickup, cash on delivery or declared value cover if they apply.
- Press Calculate TCS price and read the breakdown, not just the total.
- Confirm the final amount on the official TCS rate calculator, by calling 021-111-123-456, or at your nearest Express Centre before you commit to a customer price.
Can TCS pick up a parcel from your home?
Yes. TCS offers doorstep pickup, and it is booked by calling the helpline, through the TCS app, or through a business account portal. The rider comes to you, books the shipment on the spot and hands over a consignment number.
Two caveats. Availability depends on your location: pickup in central Karachi, Lahore or Islamabad is routine, while outlying areas, housing schemes on the edge of a city and small towns may be served on a schedule rather than on demand, or not at all. And pickup is usually a paid add-on rather than a free courtesy for one-off senders, though regular business shippers often have it built into their contract. Ask when you book rather than assuming. A rundown of what each TCS product actually includes is on our TCS services page, and the numbers to call are listed on the TCS helpline and complaints page.
Finding a TCS Express Centre near you
Dropping a parcel at a counter is the cheapest way to send it, and it is also where you can get the price confirmed in person before you pay. TCS runs a branch locator on its official site, and you can find a nearby centre by searching the map, calling the helpline, or using our guide to finding your nearest TCS Express Centre. Opening hours matter for cut-off times, particularly at weekends, which we cover in is TCS open on Sunday.
Ways to bring your TCS bill down
- Do not buy speed you do not need. Economy on a heavy parcel that is not urgent saves a real amount, because the additional weight rate is what does the damage on a 5 kg or 10 kg box.
- Watch the slab boundary. Weight rounds up to the next 0.5 kg. A parcel at 1.6 kg is billed as 2 kg, so trimming 100 g of unnecessary packaging can move you down a slab.
- Right-size the box. Half-empty cartons get billed on volume. A smaller box with proper padding often costs less than a large one with air in it.
- Drop the parcel yourself. A ten minute walk to an Express Centre avoids the pickup fee entirely.
- Consolidate. Two 1 kg parcels to the same address cost more than one 2 kg parcel, because you pay the base charge twice.
- Ask about a business rate if you ship regularly. Contract rates exist and they are negotiated, not published.
- Compare before you commit. On price-sensitive routes it is worth checking alternatives, which is what our TCS and Leopards comparison is for.
Common mistakes when estimating courier charges
Weighing the item without its packaging is the first one. Box, tape and filler can easily add 200 g to 400 g, which is enough to push you into the next slab.
Forgetting tax and fuel surcharge is the second. A base rate of Rs 250 is not Rs 250 on the invoice. Add roughly 10% fuel and 15% to 16% tax and you are near Rs 319.
Assuming a per kg rate scales linearly is the third. Multiplying a 1 kg price by 5 will badly overstate what a 5 kg parcel costs.
Treating a flat box price as a standard rate is the fourth, and it produces the most disappointed customers. The last one is quoting a client from a number you read on a blog months ago, this one included. Verify before you promise.
Rate data: how this estimate is built and where it falls short
Last updated: September 2026.
Methodology, stated plainly so you can judge the output for yourself:
- Rate ranges are compiled from publicly published TCS rate information and third-party courier rate reporting, cross-checked where sources agreed and widened where they did not.
- The fuel surcharge is modelled at a flat 10% of the service charge. TCS indexes this to fuel prices, so the real figure moves.
- Sales tax is applied from the origin province at the standard provincial rate on services, 16% in Punjab and Islamabad and 15% elsewhere, based on current provincial revenue authority rates.
- The four route types and the zone groupings are our own model for estimating purposes. They are not the internal TCS zone structure.
- Cash on delivery, pickup and declared value cover are modelled as typical ranges. All three are frequently negotiated in business agreements and so vary a great deal.
- No figure on this page is presented as an official TCS 2026 tariff, because TCS publishes live pricing through its own calculator rather than as a public rate card.
Where the estimate is weakest: international parcel rates, remote destinations, contract and bulk pricing, and any shipment with unusual dimensions or restricted contents. In those cases the range here is a starting point for a conversation with TCS, not a substitute for a quote. Rates change, and this page will not always catch a revision the day it happens.
TCS price calculator FAQs
How do I calculate the TCS amount?
Take the base rate for your route and service, add the charge for every 0.5 kg above the first kilo, add any pickup, cash on delivery or insurance fees, then add the fuel surcharge and provincial sales tax. The calculator on this page does all five steps and shows each one.
How much does TCS charge for 1 kg?
Roughly Rs 166 to Rs 230 for a same-city Overnight parcel and roughly Rs 319 to Rs 434 between distant cities, tax and surcharge included. There is no single national 1 kg price.
Is there a TCS rate list for 2026 in Pakistan?
Not a public one. TCS generates each price from origin, destination, weight and service through its own calculator, rather than publishing a rate card. Any “TCS rate list 2026” you find online, including the tables on this page, is an estimate. Use it for planning and confirm before you book.
Can TCS pick up a parcel from my home?
Yes, in most serviced areas. Book it through the helpline, the TCS app or a business account. Availability depends on your location and it is usually a paid add-on for one-off senders.
How do I check a TCS amount before sending?
Use the calculator above for a planning estimate, then confirm on the official TCS rate calculator, by calling 021-111-123-456, or at an Express Centre.
How much is TCS delivery for 5 kg?
Around Rs 421 to Rs 638 within a city and Rs 676 to Rs 995 between zones on Overnight Express. Economy costs less, because the four additional kilos are charged at a lower rate.
How much does TCS charge for out of city delivery?
It depends on the distance between the two cities. A nearby city in the same region carries a small premium over same-city delivery. A cross-country route such as Karachi to Islamabad costs noticeably more, and a remote town costs more again.
What are TCS international rates per kg?
There is no single per kg figure. From Karachi, Int Promo 1kg costs Rs 9,386 to the UAE and Rs 14,445 to the UK, while the 2 kg campaign box works out at Rs 2,187 and Rs 2,666 per kg on those routes. Customs duty at the destination is extra.
How much does TCS charge from Karachi to Lahore?
Roughly Rs 319 to Rs 434 for 1 kg on Overnight Express and Rs 676 to Rs 995 for 5 kg, including fuel surcharge and tax. Booking in Karachi comes out about 1% lower because Sindh’s sales tax rate is 15%.
How much are TCS charges Karachi to Karachi?
Around Rs 166 to Rs 230 for 1 kg on Overnight Express. Same-city delivery is the cheapest route TCS offers.
What are TCS courier charges per kg in Pakistan?
It depends on the parcel’s weight. Between distant cities, 1 kg costs roughly Rs 319 to Rs 434, while a 10 kg parcel works out at about Rs 112 to Rs 170 per kg, because only the first kilo carries the base charge.
How much does TCS charge to deliver a mobile phone?
A boxed phone is usually under 1 kg, so it costs the same as any 1 kg parcel on that route. Add declared value cover for an expensive phone, plus the COD fee if the buyer pays on delivery.
How does TCS calculate courier charges?
From origin, destination, chargeable weight, service type and shipment type, with the fuel surcharge and sales tax applied on top. The official calculator separates service charge, fuel surcharge, tax and total on its quote. For the full breakdown of rates by service and weight, see our guide to TCS charges in Pakistan.
Does TCS charge GST on courier services?
Yes. Courier work is a taxable service in Pakistan, taxed provincially. Punjab and Islamabad apply 16%, and the other provinces generally apply 15%. It appears as its own line on a TCS quote.
Does TCS charge a fuel surcharge?
Yes, as a separate percentage of the service charge, indexed to fuel prices rather than fixed. Around 10% is a reasonable planning figure.
Does parcel size affect TCS charges?
Yes. If volumetric weight exceeds actual weight, you are billed on volume. Divide length by width by height in centimetres by the applicable divisor to check.
Is TCS cheaper for same-city delivery?
Considerably. A same-city parcel often costs around half what the same parcel costs on a cross-country route.
How do I find the nearest TCS centre?
Use the branch locator on the official TCS site, call the helpline, or start with our guide to finding a TCS Express Centre near you.
Can I calculate TCS charges before sending a parcel?
Yes. Use the estimator here for planning and the official TCS calculator for a firm figure. Both work before you book anything.
What is the difference between TCS tracking and the TCS rate calculator?
The rate calculator estimates cost before you send. Tracking shows the status of a parcel that has already been booked. They use different inputs and answer different questions.
Does TCS deliver internationally?
Yes, to a large number of countries, with documents and goods priced separately and customs handled at the destination.
Can TCS rates change?
Yes. The fuel surcharge moves with fuel prices, provincial tax rates can be revised in a budget, and tariffs are updated periodically. Always confirm before quoting a customer.
Is this an official TCS price calculator?
No. It is an independent estimator built and maintained by TCS Track. It is not affiliated with TCS and does not access the live TCS tariff. The official calculator is on the TCS website.
More answers on tracking, charges and complaints are collected on our TCS FAQs page.
