By using tcstrack.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.

About this website

TCS Track is an information website and a tracking utility. It lets you enter a consignment number to look up shipment information, and it publishes guides explaining how courier tracking works.

The website is free to use. It does not require an account, does not sell anything, and does not process payments.

An independent service

TCS Track is not affiliated with, operated by, sponsored by or endorsed by TCS. We are an independent website.

“TCS” and related names and marks belong to their respective owners. We use the name descriptively, to identify the courier service that visitors are looking for. Nothing published here is a statement by TCS or on behalf of TCS, and we have no authority to act for TCS in any way.

Using the tracking tool

The tracking interface is provided for information and convenience. When you submit a consignment number, the result reflects information made available through the relevant courier tracking system at that moment.

We do not operate TCS’s systems and we do not create, edit or control the underlying data. That means we cannot promise:

• that tracking data will be available for every consignment number
• that the information shown is complete or current at any given moment
• a delivery date, a delivery window or a delivery outcome
• that a shipment will move on any particular schedule
• that a courier dispute, delay or loss will be resolved

Where a shipment matters, treat what you see here as a convenience and confirm anything important with TCS directly.

Your responsibilities

When using this website, please:

• enter tracking information accurately, and only for shipments you have a legitimate reason to look up
• use the website lawfully
• avoid anything that disrupts, overloads or interferes with the website or its infrastructure
• avoid automated or bulk requests that place an unreasonable load on the service
• avoid any attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems or its data
• avoid misusing tracking information, including using it to harass, deceive or defraud anyone
• avoid presenting yourself as TCS, as TCS Track, or as acting on behalf of either

Accuracy of information

We put real effort into getting things right. Service descriptions are taken from the courier’s own published information, and where something cannot be verified we say so on the page rather than guessing.

Even so, information changes. Services, timings, contact details and procedures are set by the courier and can be updated without notice. Guides on this site are general information, not instructions specific to your shipment, and they are not professional, legal or commercial advice.

If you spot something inaccurate or out of date, tell us at admin@tcstrack.com and we will look at it.

Third-party services and links

This website links to other websites, including the official TCS website and other external resources. Those links are provided because they are useful, not as an endorsement.

We do not control third-party websites. Their content, terms, privacy practices and availability are their own responsibility, and you use them at your own discretion. If you follow a link away from tcstrack.com, these terms stop applying and theirs take over.

Intellectual property

The design, layout, original written content, guides, graphics, logo and code of tcstrack.com belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy, republish or redistribute substantial parts of the site without asking first.

Quoting a short passage with a clear credit and a link back is fine.

We claim no rights in anything belonging to TCS. TCS trademarks, names, logos, branding and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. We do not use the official TCS logo. The TCS Track logo and branding are our own.

Prohibited use

You may not use this website to:

• break any applicable law or regulation
• scrape, mirror or resell the website’s content or tracking functionality
• introduce malware or anything else designed to cause harm
• probe, scan or test the security of the website or circumvent its protections
• impersonate TCS, TCS Track, or any other person or organisation
• collect information about other users

We may restrict or block access where use of the site appears to fall into any of the above.

No warranty

The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every piece of information on it will be accurate and current at all times.

This does not affect any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. That includes loss connected to a delayed, damaged, lost or misdelivered shipment, since shipments are handled entirely by the courier and not by us.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud.

Availability and changes to the website

We aim to keep the site available, but it may be unavailable at times for maintenance, technical reasons, or reasons outside our control. We may add, change or remove features and pages at any time.

Courier services are provided by TCS

Any actual courier service, including collection, transport, delivery, cash-on-delivery collection, claims and customer support, is provided by TCS under TCS’s own terms and conditions with the sender or recipient.

We are not a party to that arrangement. If you need to change an address, arrange a redelivery, report a lost or damaged parcel or raise a complaint, contact TCS on +92 21 111 123 456 or visit an Express Centre.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the website develops. Changes take effect when they are published on this page, and the “last updated” date will change accordingly. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Governing jurisdiction, and any dispute relating to them or to your use of the website will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
