Independent website

tcstrack.com is an independent website. It is not affiliated with, operated by, sponsored by or endorsed by TCS.

We are not a courier. We do not employ couriers, we do not carry parcels, and we have no commercial or contractual relationship with TCS. If you arrived here expecting the official TCS website, it is at tcsexpress.com.

“TCS” and related trademarks

“TCS”, “Tranzum Courier Service” and related names, logos and marks are the property of their respective owners. We claim no ownership of, and no rights in, any of them.

The name is used on this site descriptively, to identify the courier service that visitors are searching for and to describe what the tracking tool and guides relate to. We do not use the official TCS logo. The TCS Track logo and branding are our own.

Tracking information

Shipment information shown on this site depends on data made available through the relevant courier tracking system. We pass on what is available; we do not generate it, verify it independently or correct it.

We have no control over any of the following:

  • the physical movement of a shipment
  • when or where a parcel is scanned
  • delivery scheduling and routing
  • courier operations and staffing
  • delivery attempts and their outcome
  • the wording, timing or accuracy of a status update

Tracking information can be delayed, incomplete or subject to change. A quiet period between scans is normal and does not necessarily indicate a problem.

Delivery times and service descriptions

Where this site describes a courier service or the time it usually takes, that information is general and for orientation only. Service descriptions are taken from the courier’s own published material and are attributed as such on the page.

None of it is a delivery commitment from us, and none of it should be read as a guarantee. Only the courier can commit to a service level, and only for a specific shipment under the service that was actually selected at booking. Holidays, peak periods, weather, remote destinations and customs clearance all affect real delivery times.

What this website cannot do

We have no access to courier systems and no ability to act on a shipment. Specifically, we cannot:

  • modify, cancel or redirect a shipment
  • change a delivery address
  • schedule or reschedule a delivery
  • investigate a lost, delayed or damaged parcel
  • file, escalate or resolve a complaint
  • issue a refund or process a claim
  • collect, hold or refund a cash-on-delivery payment
  • contact a courier or a delivery rider on your behalf

All of these require the courier. Contact TCS on +92 21 111 123 456, or visit a TCS Express Centre, with your consignment number ready.

Information from official and third-party sources

This website references information published by the courier and, occasionally, by other sources. We aim to attribute clearly and to say when something could not be verified rather than presenting a guess as a fact.

Even carefully sourced information goes out of date. Services change, contact details change, and procedures are revised without notice. Where something matters to a decision you are making, verify it against the official courier source before relying on it.

Beware of delivery scams

People waiting on a parcel are a target for fraud, and a tracking status that says a delivery is on its way is exactly when a scam call is most believable.

TCS publishes a warning on its own website that it does not ask customers to click links, share payments, share OTPs or hand over personal details, and that its riders call only to confirm a name and address.

Treat the following as warning signs:

  • a request for an OTP or verification code, for any reason at all
  • a “customs fee”, “delivery charge” or “release fee” demanded through a link
  • a payment link sent by SMS or a messaging app
  • pressure to pay immediately or the parcel will be returned
  • a request for card numbers, CVV, bank details or account passwords

Verify independently. Look the shipment up yourself, or call the courier on a number you found yourself, never a number given to you by the person who called. This site is not a fraud reporting service and cannot investigate or recover money lost to a scam.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The content and tools on this website are provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or that every piece of information will be accurate and current at every moment.

To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss or damage arising from reliance on information published here, or from the use or unavailability of this website. This includes anything connected to a shipment, which is handled entirely by the courier. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing on this site is professional, legal or commercial advice.

Changes and contact
