An independent tool for tracking TCS shipments
TCS Track is a free website built around one job: let someone paste a consignment number, see where their parcel is, and understand what the result actually means. We are not TCS, and we do not pretend to be.
Why we built it
Tracking a parcel is a small task that goes wrong in predictable ways. The number does not work. The status has not moved in three days. It says delivered and nobody in the house has seen it. Most people search, land on a page, hunt for the search box, and then find that the page has nothing to say about the part they were confused by.
So we put the tracking box first and wrote the explanations around it. What each status means. Why quiet stretches in transit are normal. What the “Signed by” name usually tells you. The things a person actually wants to know once they have a result in front of them.
What we are trying to be useful for
- Checking a TCS shipment by consignment number
- Making sense of a tracking result and its fields
- Understanding what each tracking status means
- Finding a consignment number when it has gone missing
- Working out what to do when tracking is stuck
- Understanding how TCS describes its own delivery services
What we do
Shipment tracking
Enter a TCS consignment number and see the shipment information that is available for it, without an account and without a charge.
Tracking guides
Plain-English explanations of consignment numbers, tracking statuses, the stages a parcel moves through, and the problems that come up most often.
Practical help
What to check when a shipment is delayed, when the status has not updated, or when tracking shows delivered but the parcel has not arrived.
Independent information
Useful information about tracking with TCS, published without claiming to be the official TCS website or to speak on behalf of TCS.
What we don’t do
This matters more than the list above, because it is the part people are most likely to get wrong when they land here with an urgent delivery problem. TCS Track does not:
- Operate, own or represent TCS in any capacity
- Book shipments or arrange collections
- Change a delivery address on a shipment
- Arrange a redelivery or reschedule a delivery attempt
- Investigate, resolve or compensate a courier claim
- Control, edit or generate TCS tracking data
- Guarantee a delivery date, time or outcome
- Collect cash on delivery or handle any payment for a parcel
If your shipment needs any of the above, contact TCS directly on +92 21 111 123 456 or through an Express Centre. We have no ability to act on a shipment on your behalf.
The people behind it
TCS Track is a small independent project built and maintained by two people. Neither of us works for TCS or speaks for TCS.
Umair Irshad
Founder and co-creator
Umair works on the tracking tool and the way information is presented on the site, with a focus on making a result readable on a phone in a few seconds.
Haroon Gill
Founder and co-creator
Haroon works on the written guides and on checking what the site publishes against the courier’s own published information before it goes up.
How we decide what to publish
Courier information online has a habit of being confidently wrong. A lot of pages state a fixed digit count for a TCS consignment number, and they do not agree with each other. Several publish hour-by-hour timings for each tracking stage with nothing behind them.
Official sources first
Where we describe a TCS service, we use how TCS describes it and we say so on the page.
Gaps stay gaps
If something cannot be verified, we say it varies or that it could not be confirmed, rather than filling the space with a number that looks authoritative.
Things change
Services, timings and contact details change. Anything time-sensitive is worth checking against TCS directly, and we point to their site rather than trying to replace it.
Independent website notice
TCS Track is an independent website. It is not affiliated with, operated by, sponsored by or endorsed by TCS.
“TCS” and related names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We use the name descriptively, to identify the courier service that visitors are searching for. Nothing on this site should be read as a statement made by TCS or on behalf of TCS. For anything official, go to tcsexpress.com.

About a shipment Contact TCS on +92 21 111 123 456
We cannot help with a specific parcel. We have no access to TCS systems, no ability to contact a courier, and no way to change or investigate a shipment. Anything to do with an actual delivery has to go to TCS.
