TCS Order Tracking Guide

TCS Order Tracking: How to Track an Online Shopping Delivery

To track an online order shipped with TCS, you need the TCS consignment number (CN), not the shop’s order number. The seller creates the CN when it books your parcel with TCS, and it usually reaches you by SMS, in a shipping email, or on the order page of the website or app you bought from. Enter that number in the tracking box on tcsexpress.com or on TCS Track, and you’ll see every scan from booking to delivery.

If the seller has only given you an order number, or the CN shows no result, contact the seller first. TCS has no record of your order until the seller books and hands over the parcel, so nobody at TCS can find it for you before that point.

Order number, TCS tracking ID and marketplace reference

Most failed TCS order tracking attempts come down to using the wrong number. An online purchase can produce up to three.

Number Who creates it Where you’ll see it Tracks on TCS?
Shop order number The store or marketplace Order confirmation email, “My Orders” page No
TCS consignment number (CN), also called the tracking ID TCS, when the seller books the parcel Dispatch SMS, shipping email, order details Yes
Marketplace or other courier tracking reference The marketplace’s own logistics or another courier Order tracking page in the app Only if the courier is TCS

A TCS CN is a numeric code, sometimes printed with a “CN” prefix. Its length varies by service and booking channel, so counting digits is not a reliable check. Compare the number character by character against the SMS or email instead. The TCS tracking number guide covers where it’s printed and what it looks like.

How to track a TCS order online

  1. Find the CN. Look in the seller’s dispatch SMS, the shipping confirmation email, or the order details in your account. If the order page names a courier other than TCS, the number belongs to that courier.
  2. Copy it exactly. Leave out spaces, dashes and the trailing space that often comes with text copied from an SMS.
  3. Enter it in a tracking box. Use the official TCS site or the box on TCS Track. Both read the same TCS record. On the official TCS form you can enter several numbers, one per line, which helps sellers checking a batch of customer orders. TCS Track also has a multi-parcel tracking page.
  4. Read the top line first. The newest scan sits at the top. Everything below it is where the parcel has already been.

Why a new order often shows “no record found”

When a store says your order has shipped, that often means it has been packed or booked. It doesn’t always mean TCS has collected it. The CN can exist in the seller’s system before anyone at TCS has scanned the parcel, and until that first scan the tracking page may show nothing.

Example (an illustration, not a real shipment): Ayesha orders a phone case from a Lahore store on Friday evening. The store books a CN on Saturday and sends her an SMS. The courier collects the parcel on Monday. Her CN shows nothing on Saturday or Sunday, then shows its first scan on Monday afternoon. Nothing was wrong. The parcel simply hadn’t entered the TCS network yet.

A practical rule: give a new CN until the end of the next working day after the seller says it shipped. If it still shows nothing, ask the seller to confirm the number and that the parcel has actually been handed to TCS. The guide to a TCS tracking number not working walks through the other checks.

Reading the tracking result for an online order

Two details confuse online shoppers more than anyone else.

The shipper name may not be the shop’s name. Many stores ship through a warehouse or fulfilment partner, so the tracking result shows that company. As long as the destination and your name are right, it’s your parcel.

The TCS tracking location is the last facility that scanned the parcel. It is not a live map position. A history line like “Arrived at TCS Facility RAWALPINDI” means the parcel was scanned there at that time. Between facilities nothing gets scanned, so tracking goes quiet while the parcel is on the road. A day or two without a new line on an intercity shipment is normal. Several days with no change, well past the expected delivery time, is worth reporting. See TCS tracking not updating and TCS tracking statuses explained.

TCS order tracking for Daraz purchases

Start in the Daraz app or website, not on the TCS site. Open the order under your account’s orders section and look at the delivery details. Daraz runs its own courier network, Daraz Express (DEX), so a Daraz order is not necessarily a TCS shipment.

  • The order page names TCS and gives a TCS number: track it like any other CN.
  • The order page names DEX or another courier: TCS can’t see that parcel. Use the tracking inside Daraz.

Because the purchase was made on Daraz, refunds, wrong items and returns go through Daraz, whichever courier carried the parcel.

TCS Sentiments order tracking

Gifts ordered through TCS Sentiments Express (cakes, flowers, hampers and similar) are sold on the Sentiments Express website, which has its own Track Your Order box. Use the details from your Sentiments order confirmation there. For questions about a gift order, use the contact page on the Sentiments Express site. The TCS courier tracking box is not the place to look.

Cash-on-delivery orders

A COD parcel tracks exactly like a prepaid one. You pay the courier in cash at your door when it arrives. Be wary of any call or message asking you to pay a “delivery fee” or “customs charge” through a link, or to read out an OTP. TCS warns customers that it doesn’t ask for these. Sellers can find more on the TCS COD tracking page.

Who to contact: the seller or TCS

Problem Contact first Why
You have no tracking number Seller Only the seller booked the parcel
CN shows nothing after one working day Seller They can confirm the number and whether TCS collected it
Wrong item, damaged product, refund or return Seller or marketplace The sale is between you and them
Parcel stuck with no new scan for several days TCS TCS holds the shipment
Tracking says delivered but you don’t have it TCS, after checking the “Signed by” name TCS has the delivery record
Delivery attempt failed TCS They arrange redelivery or collection
Address is wrong Seller Only the sender can authorise a change

For the last three, the guides on delivered but not received and failed delivery attempts explain what to say and what to have ready. A return gets a new CN, covered in TCS return tracking.

TCS helpline number and WhatsApp

The TCS Pakistan helpline is +92 21 111 123 456, the number TCS prints on its own tracking page. Have the CN ready before you call.

TCS says it runs a WhatsApp response service. Many websites list the same 111 123 456 number for WhatsApp, and at least one older guide gives a different mobile number. When this page was reviewed, neither number could be confirmed on an official TCS page. Check the contact details on tcsexpress.com before messaging anyone, and never use a number that reached you through an unexpected call or SMS. The TCS helpline and complaints page lists what to include when you raise a complaint.

Frequently asked questions

Can I track a TCS order with my phone number or CNIC?

The public TCS tracking box asks for the tracking reference number. If you’ve lost the CN, ask the seller. They booked the parcel and have it on record.

Is my order number the same as my TCS tracking ID?

Usually not. The order number is the shop’s reference. The TCS tracking ID is the CN created when the parcel is booked with TCS. Only the CN tracks on TCS.

How long after ordering will TCS tracking work?

It starts working once the parcel is booked and scanned into the TCS network. That depends on the seller’s packing time, and the first scan can take until the next working day after booking.

Does TCS deliver Daraz orders?

It depends on the order. Daraz uses its own Daraz Express network as well as other couriers. Your order page in the Daraz app shows which courier is carrying your parcel.

How long will my online order take to arrive?

That depends on the TCS service the seller chose and on the route. Ask the seller which service they used, and see TCS delivery time for what each service covers.
